Plenior says to install Claude Code, but it is installed

Section titled “Plenior says to install Claude Code, but it is installed”

Plenior looks for Claude Code the way your Terminal does, using your login shell’s PATH.

  1. Open Terminal and run claude --version. If it fails, follow the Claude Code installation guide first.
  2. If it works in Terminal, quit Plenior completely with Cmd+Q and open it again, so it reads your current PATH.

Run claude in Terminal and sign in with your account, then choose Check again in Plenior.

The model menu stays on “Loading models…”

Section titled “The model menu stays on “Loading models…””

Plenior asks Claude Code for its models in the background. Check that claude works in Terminal and that you are online, then open the menu again.

The message under the conversation comes from Claude Code or its provider, for example when a usage limit is reached or the network drops. Fix the cause it names, then send your message again.
