Projects and conversations

Every folder you open with Open folder… becomes a project in the sidebar, and Plenior remembers it between launches. Under each project are its conversations, newest first, with how long ago each one changed. Choose Show more to see older ones.

To take a project out of the sidebar, open its menu and choose Remove from sidebar. Its folder and its conversations stay where they are, and opening the folder again brings it back.

  • New conversation starts a conversation in the project you are in, and the + button next to a project starts one in that project.
  • Choose a past conversation to read its history and carry on where it stopped.

Each conversation has a menu with:

  • Rename, to give it a title that is easy to find.
  • Duplicate, to try another direction from the same point without losing the original.
  • Delete…, which removes it from Claude Code’s history. This cannot be undone.

Conversations are Claude Code’s own: Plenior reads and writes them in Claude Code’s history on your computer, so a conversation started in Terminal shows up in Plenior too.
